Description of the Wet Brushing Machine
Our velour brushing machine has proven itself fully. It has a base plate, two side frames, and a water carrier tank. The water tank is lined with rustund acid-resistant stainless steel sheeting. The two vertical spindles carry the brushing cones which in intervals of approximately two minutes change their turn-off rotation. The brushes are placed on the velour (velvet) hats to be brushed and move in a synchronized motion up and down. During this process the hot liquid flows on the hat, therefore, effecting an excellent brushing and cleaning effect (shining effect).
Mechanically this machine construction has been improved considerably, whereby all bearings have been mounted in brass and or ball bearings. The brush holders are kept in motion by a strong lifting device.
For 4 to 10 cones (2 to 5 machines) an acid-resistant circulation pump is necessary which feed the necessary liquid simultaneously and evenly and can be supplied if requested.
The list price refers to the complete machine including wooden cones and brushes ready for operation. Excluding motor, direction reverse mechanism, and circulation pump.
